Important Warning
When reading the PDF mentioned above from the LPI Webinar, keep in mind that the dosages mentioned are only valid when you have reached a satisfactory Plateau Phase.
Taking the example of Vitamin D3, you need to reach 70 to 100 ng/mL (the Plateau Phase) prior to go down to 2000 I.U./day.
If deficient, take a minimum of 8.000 I.U./day for at least 6 months & get a blood drawing to ensure you have reached the 70 to 100 ng/ml. plateau phase.
