Physical blood draw fees and clinical laboratory diagnostic costs (typically $4,000 to $5,000 for a full 100-biomarker panel) are billed separately by laboratory partners and handled directly as fully deductible corporate health expenses.

Nutritional Supplement & Formulation Costs (Excluded)

The purchasing prices for recommended body-native orthomolecular supplements, targeted nutrients, and custom formulations are not included in the UA-100 platform fee. Fulfilling recommended nutritional protocols remains the direct responsibility of the participant or corporate health sponsor.
